Privacy Policy — LeagueOS

1. Who uses this App

The App is an internal tool used by authorized Riviera Little League board members and volunteers to manage live broadcasts of league games on the league’s own YouTube channel. It is not available for public sign-up.

2. Google user data

To manage live broadcasts on the league’s YouTube channel, an authorized administrator connects the channel’s Google account via Google OAuth. We request these scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl

We use these scopes solely to create, schedule, monitor, and stop live broadcasts on the single YouTube channel the administrator connects, and to organize those broadcasts into playlists. We access no other Google services and no other YouTube channels.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, for profiling, or for training machine learning models.

We do not share Google user data with third parties, except that necessary API calls are made to Google itself and to a video-frame-capture service we operate to detect camera-zoom problems on active broadcasts (which receives only the public YouTube video ID).

3. Storage, retention, and deletion

The OAuth refresh token and broadcast metadata returned by Google APIs are stored encrypted at rest in our database. Short-lived access tokens are held in memory only.

An administrator can disconnect the YouTube account at any time from the App’s Settings page, which deletes the stored refresh token. Access can also be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any other personal data, email livestream@rivieralittleleague.org.

4. Other information

The App also stores authorized user account information (name, email, password hash) for board members and volunteers who log in. This information is used solely to operate the App and is not shared outside of it.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is used to manage broadcasts of youth sports games but is not used by children directly. We do not collect personally identifying information about minors. Broadcast consent is obtained at league registration.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all network traffic, hash passwords for App accounts, encrypt credentials at rest, and apply least-privilege access controls. To report a vulnerability, email livestream@rivieralittleleague.org.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
